    Great post Loic!

I totally agree, Chris does an absolute great job!

I have been following him online for quite a while now, in fact, was the first person I followed on Twitter as I joined after hearing him talk about it.

    Make today an incredible day!

I just would like to say that sharing is the way to get traffic on a blog you are right. Actually im not a geek at all but I follow your blog daily because you share new things. so please keep doing it !!

    Nice writeup Loic.

Chris really is helpful and quite inspiring to say the least.

I agree with you. I have liked everything he's worked on mostly because of his personality and his ability to reach to laypeople and the uber geek at the same time.
Even when he is explaining the most simple of things, he always keeps it interesting an engaging and I have always learned from him.
I tried to build something similar to what he does with his website/live feed/youtube channel but I just can't invest the same time that he does in it. Right now I have my 9-5 job that pays the bills and I still do not see a path of transition.
I continuously work on finding my own path.
And yes... he is a great inspiration!

Chris is the best but he does not shy away from controversy. He just doesn't go looking for it either.
  • Robert Scoble · 9 months ago
    Agreed.

He's real and cares more about his community than his ego. He epitomizes quality. This is the very first thing we agree on, Loic. ;)

I'd like this... but... that'd be a bit too much.

Is taht your not so subtle way of asking permission to 'like' yourself, Chris? ;)

As Chris' assistant, I can honestly say that I echo everything said above. In the two years I"ve worked with them, I've come to know Chris and Ponzi on a very personal level. They aren't "phony" like so many people can be these days. They genuinely care about the Community, and make it their top priority.

What can I say? I'm one lucky woman to get to do what I do, day after day, and be working with someone I like and respect so much.

Good analysis Loic. I met started following Chris before SXSWi and then met him at the Seesmic party & have enjoyed watching him do what he does. Lyn
